Triton points per track
Hi Inkognito,
did you find how many points per track can Triton save in one track ?
I mean did Magellan finally overcome 2000 pts per track limit ?
Best regards,
Davor

Hi Davor,
don't You have the technical specifcations ?
I'm not allowed to publish any technical data, but I think it may help You when i say: The Triton 2000 can handle a much waypoints as an eXplorist can save trackpoints

You really got the comparison chart?
The worst case would be the CrossoverGPS concept adapted to the new Triton, where You have a limit of 2000 points per track but can have up to 10 tracks in the internal memory. That's 20.000 points in total combined with the ability of an automatic cration of a new trackfile when the current track reaches the 2000 point limit. Due to the advanced filemanagement, i never had any problems with "only" 2000 points.

My Testdevice did not contain an activated carnavigation profile. As i was told this will be a seperate upgrade, but will work similar to the Maestros incl. voice output. Even a heartbeatmonitor can be connected to the Triton ... if You like sports
