Does the Crossi have .NET 2.0 framework or higher on it? If not is there a way to install it?

I was wondering if anyone here has tried running a program called Freecaddie(found @ freecaddie.com) I know some guys were able to get it running on MIOs with MIOpocket. I tred with no success. XOverCE seems to work alot better with the Crossi, but I still cannot get freecaddie to work. I was hoping...
